Deposits
- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

Location is awesome. It is comfortable. Again most of chairs on deck need to be replaced. I do think you need to change the website saying that two bedrooms on the bottom floor are separate from the main house. We did not know that and had we known it, we might've not rented this house. It felt like the people staying downstairs were a bit secluded.

The fifth bathroom is not located in a very good location. We expected each bedroom to have a handy bathroom. The lower level bedrooms share a very small bathroom. The location of this house is amazing.
