This property has a beautiful view and is in a great location to the beach and in a very nice neighborhood with a convenient outdoor shower, but overall the house is very sparse and needing attention. In the documents online it says a vacuum is provided but there was no vacuum or broom for us to clean up daily food messes on the floors or sand. 2/3 closets the doors were off the tracks when we got there, we noticed a spindle missing from the 3rd floor outside balcony which made having children with us very unsafe. there was only seating at the kitchen table for 4 even though the guest max is 6. If you are staying here you also will need to go shopping for every cleaning supply, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, hand towels, etc. that you will need for the week.

I don't know who makes all the decisions on a beach property- the owners or the PM company. So this would be for that decision maker. It's advertised for six people, but the kitchen table has two chairs and a two person bench. Which means a guest will have to drag in a chair. That chair may have sand on it. Makes for more clean up work for guest. A hose to shower off all the beach junk a guest will bring is a nice gesture. It wouldn't cost much to provide this. The bedcovers are not warm. Best I could tell is they were just duvet covers, with no warmth stuffed inside. PM company was very prompt in bringing us some warmer covers, but even they were pretty thin. It was a cold week at the beach, guests get sunburned then cold. Warm covers or blankets should be in every BR closet. Last, having a bar of soap in kitchen and each bathroom would be inexpensive and a nice gesture to guests that have to bring everything but the kitchen sink to a beach house. But I liked the house and grounds, I have no complaint about them. It was homey and I'd stay there again, but I'd tell guests who were staying there to prep for those things. The folks at the PM company were extremely responsive and polite, I was pleased with my interactions with them. I'd recommend them for sure.
