This bright and airy beach home welcomes you home with beautiful views of the beach, just a skip and a hop away. Relax and unwind in your home away from home with room for the entire family. Take in the views and feel the fresh salt air on the private deck with a partial ocean view! Plus, it's situated just across the street from the beach, so you can enjoy endless fun in the sun! This brand-new getaway has been designed with guests in mind to ensure you have a memorable and relaxing stay. The open living and dining space features ample seating, a Smart TV, direct porch access, and large windows to bring the light in and enjoy the views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to stir up some good times and great food. Each bedroom is bright and welcoming with the primary suite on the top floor that has a private ensuite and a balcony with expansive views.

Deposits

31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations

Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

We contacted the host about an active bee’s nest right outside the porch door and they had someone there the next day to take care of it! Steps from the beach, lots of privacy from its cul-de-sac location in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short drive to shops and restaurants. Each bedroom was comfortable, cozy living room to gather with multiple decks to enjoy the sound of the waves while marveling at the night sky. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals although we enjoyed Nautical Bowls, The Daily Grind, Daybreak Donuts, Beach Shop and Grill.
