The dining and great room arrangement all on the upper floor was appreciated as it allows ocean views from all rooms. the elevator is a must for one member of our family and it worked as designed and is much appreciated. The beach access directly across the road was very nice. The beach itself is expansive and great at either low or high tides and not subject to erosion as noticed on the north end of the island.

This is an awesome house! The cleanliness is amazing! All of the comforts of home. The elevator is a life saver after long days on the beach. We will definitely be repeat guests.

House and location was excellent! Alot of room and enjoyed having a fenced in area for the pup. Great view and access to the beach. Carolina Retreats however didnt have things like hand soap, sponge, dish washer detergant provided which was a negative, but other than that a great stay! Would definitely come back.
