Very impressed with this property and vacation stay. The home was clean, fully equipped and ready to provide endless entertainment and relaxation. I appreciate all the cleaning supplies, trash bags, hand soap, and linens that was included without extra charge. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you

We will NOT recommend you any longer and we likely will not be returning. We have rented this same house for 2 weeks every summer (one year we rented for 3 weeks). We called to get information on renewal before departing since we had not received any notification from your company. When I called to inquire why we had not rec'd first right of refusal, I was told you no long offer this. Sad you didn't notify your long time guests of this change. Sarah quoted me $17,445.73 for 2025. That increased from $14,024.73 this year. A ridiculous increase. I asked her to send me the link to re-book and said I would need to give it some serious thought. On our drive home on Sunday we discussed it at length and decided we would try it one more year. I was driving, so my mother in law, went through the process to book it. I never got a confirmation and she didn't see a charge. We went back on today and called to see what the problem was since it didn't book (I suspect it was because the booking was in my name and the credit card was in hers. From the time we attempted to book it on the drive home yesterday to today it has gone up over 5,000!! Are you kidding me! We knew there had to be a mistake. I wasn't able to speak with anyone other than the reservation specialist, Hope, who was very nice knowing I was beyond upset. When we first started to frequent your beach we loved your company. What happened to that company. You are hurting the other local businesses by these practices, We heard lots of complaints from locals (because we have made lots of friends). We now what they are talking about. We have loved this house and have taken great care of it. But to raise it 5,000 in a matter of two days is robbery. So disappointed in you. I will make these same comments on public sites and we will begin to look for a new rental company. Donna Shirley

We had a couple of hiccups upon arrival. The door code did not work, so we had to wait in the driveway for 45 minutes for someone to bring a key. The internet did not work and we had to wait 60 hours for it to be fixed for which we were compensated with one free night. The house is fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The house is happily situated right on the beach and we had the beach to ourselves most of the time. We would stay again
