- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.

Loved the house!! Very clean! King bed was very comfy! Had everything we needed. This is not a complaint but a warning: if you are bringing your boat and using the dock at this house, you must watch the tides. If tide is low you can’t get to the house from the boat ramp. You can only go out in high tides. We ended up not even using the dock because of this. We just loaded & unloaded the boat everyday at the boat ramps. Dock at the house is very low, so when tide is high sometimes the water was over the dock, so if you had your boat tied up it could do some damage. The house has a boat lift ( most all houses on the canal do) but I don’t think we were allowed to use it. Other than the boat situation, everything was great!!! Any questions we had were answered very quickly. Thank you for letting us stay!!

It is not a floating dock, so boat bumpers are highly recommended when docking and there is a ladder on the dock to get to the boat if the tide is low. Bring your own coffee maker. Or a coffee press. All they have is a Kurig, which is substandard coffee for vacation. Owner needs to install a Cuisinart drip coffee (cone filter) machine in my opinion.
