Great little house- feels more like a condo. Definitely bring soap and supplies- nothing extra is provided beyond linens, cooking stuff, and TP. You can see a sliver of the beach and the bay from the cute outdoor spaces. VERY clean. Beds were comfy. Super close to the beach and some great places to eat. It is right up next to a restaurant- which you can smell on the deck at times- but its a very nice restaurant haha. You share space with them in an unusual way (they store stuff beneath the house- the owner of the property owns both). Pleasant music from across the street wafts in but never loud and never late, AC works well, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great location in a popular location at the south end. Right across from the beach and local restaurants and attractions. So that made for a great trip! The “grocery store”, Godwin’s is outrageously expensive, so you will want to stock up before your arrival and the house was lacking in decent cookware and there was no outdoor grill, so it was a challenge cooking a good meal, especially with the sulphur-smelling water, and that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.

Perfect rental for our family. The cottage is so cute and conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants and extra curricular activities nearby. I’m a foodie, so being able to walk downstairs and over to the Beach Shoppe Grill was AMAZING! If you love spectacular cuisine, craft cocktails and fabulous wines, this is the perfect t spot for you too! Steps from the ocean where you’ll feel like you have the beach to yourselves. We look forward to returning soon!

Perfect location steps away from a great restaurant, Beach Shop and Grill. Location worked out better than expected with cute and convenient spots nearby and easy access to the beach. Just be prepared to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. to make fewer trips to the store.
