On Island time is a lovely property. Comfortable and nice appointments. The house has two nice porches. Sun wise, the back porch is perfectly placed for morning coffee and the front porch perfect for late afternoon cocktails. Sellers is a lovely property with comfortable furniture and a smart modern kitchen. Nice back porch with swing and great for shady morning and early afternoon sitting. Floating dock is a bit of a challenge for boats but nice for swimming in the canal.

it would be nice to have two or three chairs on the front deck to enjoy the breeze, it would also be nice to have a table on the back deck to be able to enjoy eating outside. also it would be fantastic to have two ceiling fans on the back deck
