With two queen sized bedrooms, a bedroom with two twins, and another with one king sized bed, this house graciously sleeps eight. Cotton matelasse bedspreads offer maximum comfort and simple beauty. A well-equipped kitchen allows for easily prepared meals, and a large dining table assures all people may dine together. In addition to the three bathrooms there is a large hot/cold shower outside with adjoining dressing area. A floating dock allows for comfortable mooring and easy on/off boarding. Up to two precious small dogs are allowed with additional pet rent. Washer/dryer provided as well as other amenities …expanded cable TV, DVD/CD player, and an eclectic supply of books. Private beach access is located across the street for both RRR and GGG. Breezes and breathtaking views…. gentle water and peace for the soul provided at no extra cost. DF Donna F.	Verified Guest Comment Loved the location on the waterway and proximity to the ocean. Crabbed, kayaked and fished from the dock everyday. Gorgeous sunsets with family! The beach wasn’t crowded and the tidal lagoons were awesome. Perfect weather all week! The mattresses were very comfy. Not many restaurants so you will likely need to cook. Bring a nice frying pan from home and a few knives for meal prep. We tried the grill 2 nights but the grates didn’t work well. Lost a few burgers and hot dogs. Other than that, everything was great! I noticed that rental prices are going up significantly next year. That is a concern that we will follow up on. Great property though.🌻 07/06/2024

Verified Guest Comment our house shared decking with house next to it where our daughter and her family stayed. gave us lots of room to be together. they had boat and jet skis which the teenage boys used every day. we ate together and made use of both houses. also spent time on beach. 08/06/2023
