The house was very nice. Well equipped but needs some attention. Dirty carpets in spots and the things that didn’t work was very disappointing. Could have used other fridge for drinks, wine fridge and definitely ice machine.

I would let them know that it’s spacious and in a good location, and that having a covered porch and elevator for our older travelers was really convenient. There are 3 drives and ability to pull in the garage. I would mention the stains on the carpets and rugs, and the dirty kitchen. Overall it was a GREAT house, but it’s starting to show wear, which some ppl get annoyed by. I don’t mind wear, but the dirt in the kitchen was gross.

Amazing views with easy access to the beach. Kitching was AMAZING! Advised to bring own TP and paper towels but did not know we had to provide ALL soap - even hand soap. Zero options for soap on arrival in any bathroom or kitchen. Also needed trash bags which were not provided. Overall clean except had one roach in shower noticed early in the morning and stains on the carpets (looked like dark rubber from shoes and also toothpaste stain near bathroom door.

Great access to beach and restaurants. Relaxing! Comfortable for large group, but need to provide more than one towel per person and less remotes. Never could find instructions to operate family room tv. We did not really need it though. 75 degrees was too high a threshold for the air. We bumped it to 73 once or twice to keep it cool enough for the upstairs.
