Delight in the advantage of the home’s location right across the street from the beach with a private beach access with front dune deck with seating. And last but certainly not least, enjoy the walk to the community sound dock at the end of Oleander Ct to experience the wonders of the Banks Channel sound area, enjoy the complimentary sky-painted sunsets, or launch your kayak.
Please Note: All reservations booked through May of 2024 require a Hot Tub Fee added. Reservations booked June through August of 2024 will not need the fee added.

Perfect! The owner spared no expense making sure this luxury home was beautiful, well stocked with every item needed for a relaxing stay! Spacious with gorgeous views this home allowed our large family the opportunity to be together and enjoy a wonderful week at the beach. Convenient location. This newly constructed vacation rental home is absolutely perfect! The owner thought of everything needed for a relaxing week at the beach. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with appliances, dishes, flatware and cooking essentials. The view is absolutely gorgeous and feels like you are ocean front! The beach access is directly across the street. The beach is in an excellent area also with a wide stretch of sand and no drop offs into the ocean. Many thanks to the owner for also giving a discount for Military/Home Town Hero! What a kindness and thoughtfulness to honor those who serve. Our large family had a wonderful week in this spacious home with plenty of rooms for all 17 of us. Including the linens and towels was an added bonus! We were hoping we had found our rental to bring the rest of the family for years to come but the price now makes it out of our league. If you can afford it you will not be disappointed! It is a 5+ star home!!

This house is perfect for a big group of people! It doesn't feel too big for 17 and can hold plenty more if you are willing to bunk up. The kitchen has the perfect set up for being part of the conversation while prepping food and there is a ton of space for eating and lounging. The view of the sound and beach is great except for the power lines- but that just gave us more incentive to get to the beach. :) The hot tub and pool were clean and worked well. Everything is clean and the beds were mostly comfortable. We hope to come back next year!
