It needs to be cleaner and the elevator should work if you have one. There are a lot of steps. I’m 72 yo and struggled.

We've had decades of experience with other property management companies. This was our first with Carolina Retreats. If this is their standard of service, we will be using them exclusively for our family vacations to Topsail. The responsiveness, resolving an AC issue in quick fashion, etc. All was top notch. We'll be booking our next vacation with them.

Location is great. Outside Elevator door does not open, it stays locked when trying to use it. Bring your own towels and the only food present is a little salt and pepper. Expect to watch shades of blue on the TV.
