The kitchen is not will equipped. You may want to bring your own knives, mixing bowls and extra kitchen towels. The top bunk bed does not have a guardrail. The bedroom with two double beds is separated from the bedroom with the bunk beds by a bi-fold door that does not lock so do not expect privacy between those two rooms.

In my opinion the pictures and description are accurate and what you see is what you get. It was a good value and a great location. You can walk to the South side restaurants and the skate rink in about 15 min. It has a great little porch that we used a lot. The biggest thing to know is that the kitchen is not very well equipped and you might want to bring your own knives, serving bowls, spatulas, and extra kitchen towels. If you have small children that you plan to put in the bunk beds, you should know that the top bunk does not have a guard rail. Also, the back bedroom (2 double beds) and the room with the bunk beds have a bifold door that separates them, but there is no lock and the door doesn't stay shut, so don't expect privacy between those two rooms.

No utensils to even cook with, had to buy baking sheet, and spatula just to cook, no mixer either or even a whisk. There wasn't even a broom to clean the floors, and the vacuums provided didn't pick up Anything. The step up in the doors was rough they should have one step to get you in and out the doors. Thin walls our neighbor had a barking dog so that was not pleasant!
