Deposits
- 31+ Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Very well stocked kitchen with good pots/pans/dishes/glassware, etc…& thankful for basic pantry items left behind…seasonings, baggies & foil. The Master bed was very comfy, & the kids bunk room beds were also. The other two queen guest beds were okay. There were tons of games , books & puzzles. Overall, this home is very well appointed & the location is fantastic. Covered parking is tight, but very well done. FYI…we all got in lots of steps between the 3 stories, & the beach…this property would benefit from a lift type elevator for loading & unloading.

The location is incredible and the house was very clean. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was. The only disappointment was that the air conditioner wasn’t working for the top floor which contains the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom. The company installed 2 window units on that floor (one in the bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen space) the first 2 days we were there it was cooler so it was fine, but the last 3 days were warmer (high 70’s and sunny) and the units had a difficult time cooling and then if you’re cooking in the kitchen that creates more heat. The company said they were having someone come out and work on the units the day we were leaving and after looking at them I’m hopeful they will replace them for future guests because they’re so rusted the outside encasement is basically gone. It shouldn’t have been a surprise they weren’t functioning when we arrived (or anytime recently for that matter).
