The home was lovely there were a few issues with a washer and the ax but overall things were dealt with. The location is fantastic.

Nice house, easy walk to beach, except the dunes are high and walking up and down in the white sand is difficult. Kitchen is well equipped and . Nice game room in garage. 4th floor den provides extra space. Parking leaves a lot to be desired, especially if you drive a car. Outside shower, must walk thru grass/dirt to come inside. Would be nice to have a shelf in outdoor shower and hooks that are in area reachable to shower. Linens provided and beds premade was really nice . Main floor deck was very comfortable and had a nice view of the water, both ocean and sound. Low water pressure, but good hot water. Comfortable living room to gather and play games. Really nice having an elevator. The dining area only seats 6 comfortably, plus 4 at the counter, although they provide 2 more chairs. Only one walk in shower, the tub showers have no railings so hard for older folks to use. Keyless entry was nice. The beach area was not crowded.
