- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

We loved our week at the beach and Charm of Finches was perfect for our family. This house is set down and back a bit from the beach, so it's a little harder to see the actual sand and ocean from the deck, but that also gives this house a bit of additional privacy that we enjoyed. We loved being on the south end in walking distance to the historical society, shops and other amenities.

Location was perfect. Far enough away from town so no noise, traffix, maddening crowds. Close enough to easily walk everywhere in 5-10 minutes.
