Downstairs only has a split unit for A/C not central, which was hard to keep the entire floor cool. Two Refrigerators are Awesome! Ice maker in upstairs fridge was a joke. Made 10 cubes every 2 hours … Hot Water changes to cold while taking a shower often. Round kitchen table is great for cards and games. You are right at a Beach Access walkway so you had to set up Early on the Beach to Claim your frontage Spot!
