I would let them know what to expect as far as the bed sizes. One strong point is that it's an easy walk to the beach to be a 3rd or 4th row house.

Loved this home so much, that I hesitate to write a review for fear it will always be booked! The location was perfectly quiet and so close to the beach. I wish I knew it only had a keurig coffee pot as I only brought regular coffee. And the upstairs bedroom could use a mirror. Other than that, It was absolutely perfection!
