- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.

Had to clean before our stay. Nasty house, roaches, ants, dirty carpets, disgusting bathrooms, and outdated. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. No pride of ownership. Basement bedroom is like a dungeon and entry is gross. Zero stars.

I am reviewing your reservation and I do not see that you attempted to contact us about these concerns at all during your stay. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay for all our guests. We have on site maintenance technicians as well as access to housekeeping teams and vendors who would have been able to address all of the concerns you raised. We have sent our team to the property to review these concerns and there has been no roach infestation found. Location is amazing and access to the beach is great. Was super convenient. House furniture was a little outdated and uncomfortable (couches and some beds) but for the most part was well maintained and clean. Everyone had a blast and no one had an issue with the house. Management company was very responsive and friendly.

Location is great and the A/C is wonderful, but other than that, I’d look for a different home. You will be cleaning on your first day there so you feel it’s somewhat clean. Home is in need of routine maintenance and a revamp.
