Do not rent if you have any difficulty what so ever with stairs. Main living area on top floor was nice, but presented a challenge for some of us. Also, AC unit could not effectively cool the top floor of the house and there was a temporary air handling unit in the dining area.

Fit To Be Tide is a lovely home on the beach! The owners obviously take very good care of the interior and decks. I see that they added a stairway down from the third floor that really enhances the accessibility to the beach and pavilion on the boardwalk. The facilities and kitchen were spotless and well stocked with all the necessities. The parking was really easy and made for a quick in and out of the driveway. The views were spectacular being that it faces the marshes and allows for nice privacy from across the street. We had a wonderful vacation at Fit To Be Tide! Can't wait for the next trip to North Topsail Beach!
