Do a walk through on Day 1 to see what's broken or not working and alert the company ASAP! Also, none of the phone numbers given to us got us through to a human. I had to text all of our concerns. One of the reps that I told about this said when he tried the numbers, he got through. I'm sorry that, that wasn't the case for us. We (3 of us) each tried and never got through on the phone to anybody. I wouldn't text that to the rep I spoke to if it weren't true. However, when I did speak to the rep, he was more than willing to fix the issues we were having and gave us another number to use that did get us to a human. The main reason we will not be returning is the location. There was nothing to do except go to the beach. The restaurants were horrible! If you're looking to just relax at the beach and then relax in your rented home, go for it!

Great location, that was the most important factor for us. New owner is making improvements/updating. Once Kitchen is finished and some other small details tightend up. I do believe it would be perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Very easy walk to the beach. Close to everything in Surf City. The kitchen and baths haven't been updated but were functional and the house was a good amount of space for my husband and I. We will definitely consider staying here again.

There’s no ocean view because of trees in front of cottage and there’s a lot of traffic on the road you have to cross to get to the ocean. Also no beach furniture was available for guests to use.
