We've been going to Topsail/ Surf City since 2017 and stayed at numerous houses all over the island. This was the best one! Everything you want/need is steps away and the ocean is right out your door! Communicating with the management company was super simple and quick, the house was very clean. well stocked (I'll mention a few exceptions shortly), the beds were comfortable, and the elevator was a huge bonus for loading and unloading our stuff. We wished there was more than one kitchen towel provided, a few basic cleaning supplies, and a chest of drawers in more than one bedroom. The only thing that was a "bigger first world problem" was Spectrum's wi-fi was terrible!! There were only two of us and we kept getting kicked off, had to restart the modem and TV many times, and use our data most of the time. If it's possible to upgrade the wi-fi, that would be awesome just so you can listen to music, and connect etc. Will the wi-fi issue keep us from re-renting this beautiful home? No way and we're going to be back next year!! Thank you for the use and enjoyment of your beautiful house!!
