Make sure you move your trash bins next to the road not at the end of the driveway. This was not clear in the visitor handbook nor were the days for trash pick up. Someone should update the visitor handbook. Very minor complaint as this was an outstanding rental unit!

The view is excellent and the beach is lovely. Its location in Topsail Beach is also very nice as we can walk into town easily. For a summer rental and beach use, it is a little too close to the pier but for an off season rental, the location is super. Be prepared to ask for replacement dishes or cooking items right away. Yes, breakage is going to happen but I think the housekeeping staff should be expected to spin through the kitchen to check for basics and that the unit has items for the # of people the home is advertised as serving. Also be aware there are a zillion stairs so for folks with bad knees or hips, this may not be the place the stay. It does increase the value of the view though.
