We have rented this condo (7) seven summers for 2 consecutive weeks each time. The place is very nice, but not sure we would recommend due to new marketing policy of requiring 1/2 payment due at booking offering no benefit for early booking to renters. This is not a good policy for longtime renters or for property owners who want to welcome repeat business.
