- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Very nice place. Booked based on information listed. Was missing a sleeper so far when I called the managing meant a company they said too bad. They would not be providing an extra bed of any kind even though it was listed in any pictures

The stairs were awful, very steep. Stairs were not kid or elderly friendly at all. There was hardly any water pressure in the showers and kitchen. The only shower with any water pressure at all was the outside shower. The ice maker didn’t make ice for the entire week. It took 3 days for someone to come clean a dead frog out of the pool so we could use it. No broom to clean up anything.

The house was beautiful and great for the price but it could use an overall deep clean in some spots and maybe the cleaners need to be checked on. The glass in the bathrooms were dirty upon arrival and there was some dirt still in the bathroom. Also the living room and dining floor area needed to be cleaned. There was also crumbs on the table I feel like if they take care of that the house would be a 5 star. The only thing I would say negative about the house is the steps are a little steep so if you have older dogs or small children or trouble going up normal steps this probably isn't the house for you. We love the kitchen and the open concept. There was so much space nobody felt crowded. The 2 balconies were great for the dogs too. They do not allow the thermostat below 72 so if you like your house cold you may want to bring a fan. There is ceiling fans in almost every room though.
