Drift Away to this oceanfront town home in Topsail Beach! This home's coastal modern design invites you to relax in style. The top level great room provides beautiful Atlantic Ocean views and offers ample living area seating with the sectional sofa. The dining area provides seating for family meals while the modern kitchen with stainless appliances and gorgeous cabinetry additionally offers bar seating. The upper level Queen bedroom includes a private balcony with surrounding views! Three soothing sleeping spaces are provided with a Queen bed in each bedroom on the lower level. The lower level master bedroom offers access to the lower level covered porch with furniture and an enclosed outside shower with hot water. Exterior stairs connect this to the upper level main deck off the living area providing a covered deck area with furniture as well. Head down to the beach via the private beach access or walk a few blocks into downtown Topsail Beach to enjoy family-friendly shops and restaurants.

MM Michael M.	Verified Guest Comment Great place. Topsail is a quiet place and if there is any ‘action’, it is within a couple of blocks of this place so our teens had fun exploring. As far as the noise from the putt putt goes, it was nothing. Based on the previous reviews, I thought we might need ear plugs to drown out thumping booty music - It was moderate volume golden oldies and you could only barely hear it in the rooms facing the road. Our teens were up later than Chubby Checker so it didn’t bother us at all. 08/24/2024 Thank you for the positive review of our property. TS Ted S.	Verified Guest Comment The location is great. You can walk to many small shops and restaurants and Surf City is a short drive for bigger options. The putt putt across the street was a little loud at night but the winds drowned it out fairly well. House is clean and very well kept. The steps can be a bit much to the top level kitchen, etc. if you have someone that cannot make the trek a few times a day. (it is only one flight of steps from the beach, more from the front parking. Overall this was a great place to stay. 06/29/2024 Thank you for the thoughtful review.
